We are seeking a results-driven Manager - Quality Engineering, Digital Technologies to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of quality assurance practices across our digital platforms. This role will oversee test automation, performance testing, and quality governance for web, mobile, and API-based applications, ensuring delivery of high-performing, customer-centric digital experiences. You'll manage a team of quality engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Define team goals and performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and drive the implementation of comprehensive quality strategies across all stages of the SDLC.
- Establish and enforce best practices for test automation, regression testing, performance testing, and continuous testing.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium, Tosca, Appium, Postman, etc.
- Ensure integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Partner with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to understand requirements and ensure testability.
- Champion quality in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify quality risks and establish mitigation plans.
- Ensure digital applications meet security, accessibility (WCAG), and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Define and track quality KPIs, test coverage, defect metrics, and release readiness.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on quality trends and areas for improvement.
- Comfortable working in internationally distributed teams

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in quality engineering, with 2-4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong experience in test automation for web, mobile, and APIs.
- Proficient in modern testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, JMeter).
- Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with digital platforms in industries such as e-commerce, healthcare, or financial services.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools.
- Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and headless testing

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 1 or more years of management experience. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required. The posted range for this position is $97,909 - $152,984 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
