 The Marketing Manager - On-Site & Experiential Marketing will play a pivotal role in elevating the Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach by executing impactful, on-property marketing initiatives. This role complements the existing digital-focused Marketing Manager by overseeing guest-facing activations, group sales and events support, influencer relations, media engagement, and content production. The goal is to enhance the resort's visibility and programming, improve guest satisfaction, and directly contribute to incremental revenue.Responsibilities
 
 
     Plan, manage and promote special on-site events to drive foot traffic, guest satisfaction, and incremental revenue Partner with F&B, operations, and catering teams to develop a robust event calendar aligned with seasonal business goals by assisting DOSMManage all aspects of event marketing including signage, collateral, and multi-channel promotion (in-house, social, direct mail etc.)Collaborate with Sales and Catering teams to develop targeted marketing strategies and materials for group promotions, corporate events and weddingsProvide tailored support for sales presentations, proposals, and site inspections to increase conversion ratesAssist in the development of packages, promotions and banquet menu updates specific to group and cateringVet, coordinate, and manage on-property influencer stays and activations that align with the resort's brand values and audienceHost and coordinate media visits, press tours, and FAM trips to secure earned media coverage and positive exposureTrack deliverables and performance from influencer and media partnershipsLead planning and execution of photo and video shoots on property, ensuring alignment with brand standards and storytelling goalsMaintain an organized digital asset library for use across departments and campaignsEnsure regular updates of content assets to reflect seasonality, promotions, and key resort featuresWork hand-in-hand with the E-commerce focused Marketing Manager and DOSM to align messaging across all digital and physical channelsCollaborate on campaigns that incorporate F&B, spa/wellness, sustainability, and cultural programs to tell a cohesive brand storySupport cross-promotional opportunities with local partners and existing tenants, when relevantPresent post-activation/event reports highlighting results, and recommendations for improvementRegularly analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to DOSM Qualifications
