TradeWinds features two destination resorts just 200 flip flops from one another along the gorgeous Gulf Coast on St. Pete Beach. The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing strategies to meet objectives and enhance the image of the hotel. They will evaluate customer feedback, market conditions, and competitor information, to implement marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will help coordinate and execute all marketing, advertising, promotional activities and social media campaigns
Responsibilities
Social Media
CRM & Email Marketing
- Manage the CRM to build targeted lifecycle, staycycle, and adhoc campaigns
- Develop personalized email strategies to drive bookings, F&B covers and repeat visits
- Segment lists, A/B test, and optimize sends for open, click, and conversion performance
- Plan, deploy, and optimize daily SMS marketing campaigns and automated lifecycle communications, ensuring timely, relevant messaging that enhances guest engagement throughout the customer journey
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs for social and email programs; analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Produce regular reports with actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and guest journey touchpoints
- Map and refine email and digital touchpoints to strengthen engagement and revenue
Programming & Events
- Collaborate with the Director of Recreation & Activations to conceptualize and coordinate holiday activations, themed events, and special programming and coordinate guest and prospective guest communications
- Work crossdepartmentally to plan marketing promotional needs and onsite execution
Media & Onsite Production
- Serve as liaison for media partners and production teams using TradeWinds as a location
- Manage briefing, approvals, scheduling, and internal coordination for onproperty and studio shoots.
- Oversee delivery and use of approved media assets
- Assist in the execution of property photo/video shoots, including staging, talent direction, and execution to ensure brand standards are met
Qualifications
- 2+ years marketing experience, preferably in hospitality/resort or F&B environments.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing, social media, and CRM/email campaigns.
- Strong content creation skills.
- Experience with CRM/email platforms and social scheduling tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and QA practices.
- Proficient with analytics and reporting.
- Project management skills and comfort using collaboration platforms.
- Creative thinker with data-driven decision making.

At least 1 to 3 years' experience in Marketing and Communications (hospitality industry experience essential) -
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies for individual hotels, including ROI / KPI metrics -
Strong presentation and communications skills, proficiency with programs such as, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere, After Affects, etc. -
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with external and internal contacts (i.e. General Manager, Director of Sales and Director of Revenue Leaders, Regional Team, Media Representatives, Public Relations firms) -
Strong Creative Mind -
Ability to organize exclusive events to the -
Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation in programs such as Shortstack, Offerpop, Hootsuite, Wordpress, etc. -
Ability to deliver strong print and collateral marketing materials -
Ability to work proficiently quickly in a high-pressure & fast paced environment -
Exceptional with details and follow up -
Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times. -
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner. -
Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines. -
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel. -

Comply with Highgate Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. -
Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions. -
Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary. -
Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives. -

Perform other duties as requested by management. - Daily 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, Light work.
- Flexibility for evening/weekend events and strong project management skills required.
