Overview

In response to our continued growth, we are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Treasury Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of common bank and treasury services and products, including portal navigation. This person will be responsible for cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with finance teams for an assigned portfolio of hotels, ensuring the delivery of unparalleled service. This full-time opportunity is based at our Shared Service Center located in Las Colinas, Texas.



Responsibilities

    Manage treasury support for an assigned portfolio of properties, including research requests, banking inquiries, issue resolution, and ongoing property support.
  • Maintain accurate treasury records and support the creation, enhancement, and training of departmental procedures and process documentation.
  • Serve as a backup resource for Treasury team members and provide cross-functional support during peak periods, transitions, and special projects.
  • Manage KYC requirements for designated properties, including coordination of required documentation, banking forms, approvals, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of armored car, vault, and payroll drawdown services for assigned properties, ensuring timely setup and operational readiness.
  • Initiate and review electronic fund transfers, including wires, ACHs, account transfers, and book transfers, in accordance with internal controls and approval requirements.
  • Maintain bank signature cards, authorized signer records, and other required banking documentation to ensure compliance with bank and company requirements.
  • Monitor bank analysis fees, earnings credit rates, and other treasury-related costs; identify trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
  • Review daily cash positions for assigned bank accounts, identify potential shortfalls or funding needs, escalate concerns to leadership, and assist with resolution.
  • Evaluate short-term investment opportunities and support cash optimization strategies.
  • Manage bank account lifecycle activities, including opening, closing, and modifying bank accounts.
  • Partner with IT and banking partners to troubleshoot Oracle payment processing issues, bank file changes, and system-related payment exceptions.
  • Perform other duties, process improvements, and special projects as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or another related field from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five years' relevant experience in a multi-unit, multi-bank Treasury environment, preferably in lodging or hospitality. Strong online bank portal navigation required.
  • High degree of knowledge of treasury operations and cash controls, cash management, bank account structures, payment processing, bank account management banking services and products.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, research requests, system changes, and banking deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with corporate and property-level teams, banking partners, and other internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to identify trends, exceptions, cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
  • Exposure to Oracle ERP and treasury management systems a plus.
  • Desire to obtain a CTP designation.
